Estate Planning:

Complete estate planning services, ranging from simple wills for modest estates to tax planning services for taxable estates, including planning for non-traditional families and couples.

Life Planning:

Counsel regarding and preparation of designations of health care surrogate, living wills, durable powers of attorney and other life planning issues and documents.


Represent fiduciaries and personal representatives in estate administration matters. Filing of probate cases and assisting personal representatives with estate administration. Assisting trustee with trust administration.

Elder Law:

Legal services and counsel regarding Medicaid planning, income trusts, and other elder law issues.

Real Estate:

Real estate and loan closing transactions involving the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Approved attorney for The Fund: Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC (Title Insurance).

Corporate and Business:

A wide range of legal services and counsel to businesses, including formation of new corporations, limited liability companies, or other entities, preparation of shareholder agreements, employment agreements, assistance with the legal questions that arise in the course of doing business, purchase or sale of business assets, as well as a “corporate maintenance program” which assists the business owner with maintaining proper corporate records.

Community Informational Programs:

Presentation of a “Talk to the Lawyer for Free” night (or day) consisting of a short informational presentation on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, designations of health care surrogates and living wills, followed by a question and answer period designed to address questions of interest to the audience. Ideal for firms, organizations, clubs or other groups.
